SNL does comedy lite on Obama
Saturday Night Live decided to have a little fun at Barack Obama’s expense. I think that the operative word is a ‘little.’ While most comedians and comedy shows savaged George Bush with below the belt insults and personal attacks, the skit about Obama included some truths, but got no standing applause or wild cheering.
They did the obligatory skit of a sitting president and now they can say they did it. Call it a token skit. Don’t expect any meaningful scrutiny in the future.

If you consider yourself a liberal or an independent or a libertarian and you don’t like Glenn Beck, watch this video anyway. He is speaking to you and for you in the message below. He is talking about our government and it goes way beyond partisan politics. At some point in the near future, we are all going to be paying a lot more in taxes and seeing a lot less in take-home pay. Out of control government spending will be the culprit.
Watch this whole video and see if you don’t find something that you agree with during the course of Glenn’s message. He is speaking to conservatives, but he is speaking to liberals and independents every bit as much.
