It’s that 1% of Americans that lives on another plane than the rest of us. They have every advantage in life and spend as much on caviar as most of us do on our mortgage. That applies to only the portion of the 99% who actually own a home of course. We are reminded repeatedly, in the “occupy” movements across the country, that there are the rich and then there is the rest of us. The occupy protestors, with their signs and comments to reporters, suggest that they are part of the mainstream that makes up the 99% of Americans who are not million or billionaires.

To arrive at this conclusion is a bit of a misnomer though and the media seems to miss this point. The great majority of the “occupy” protestors are not actually part of any 99% at all. Watching interviews with the occupiers in New York and Washington State, Oakland and Colorado reveals one common denominator. The occupiers seem to come from the ranks of the career protestors, unemployable, anarchists, anti-Christians, pony-tailed 50-something men and hairy-under-armed woman. In other words, the occupiers inhabit the same space as America’s far-left. Statistically, that would make them the 22%, not quite the 99%.

Realizing that this was the real “occupy” movement leads one to feel duped or coerced by the early information coming from the giant PR machine touting their uniqueness. This wasn’t a new “movement” at all, but a thinly-veiled attempt to create a counter movement to the Tea Party.

It makes sense then that Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama and Joe Biden would embrace the movement so thoroughly from the get-go. This really wasn’t middle-America after all, but a big sampling of these Democrats core constituencies. These are the people who see government as the answer to every problem, the people who believe that George Bush detonated the twin towers and the people who wake up to a joint every morning with their organic cereal. The occupiers actually occupy that 22% of American culture that sits out in left field.

It became far more apparent as the weeks went on that the movement was the same people who eventually reveal themselves in so many unsightly, unethical, immoral, illegal and violent ways. These are the people well-trained in getting in police officer’s faces, breaking windows and bathing in public restrooms. Scratch that last one, they don’t actually bathe on a regular basis but just make a mess of some poor restaurant’s bathroom so the paying patrons can’t comfortably use it.

Who are these people?
The occupy movement is a farce of sorts. It represents itself as symbolizing the mainstream, but indeed it is the same suspects. And now funny, as all of the ”occupy” protests were quickly springing up in different places that the signs and talking points were so similar. Almost like it was all orchestrated.

With November 2012 just around the corner, it may be that every rabbit is being pulled out of every hat. Just look at the alignment; Obama wants to tax the rich and provide more entitlements to the regular folks and that is exactly the message coming out of this new movement. It’s not class warfare when the 99% all agree – right?

And what about those people on Wall Street? What about the messengers and secretaries, mailroom clerks and security guards? Are they all part of the 1%? Are the traders on the exchanges who help make profits for middle-class people’s 401k plans and IRA’s the enemy? Are they just in it for themselves or do they help regular folks?

Would the Wall Street occupiers be better served by protesting those who spend billions of our tax dollars on wasteful projects? Since we learned that unions were funding much of the occupy infrastructure and since so much of the White House’s spending benefits unions, maybe Wall Street is the better focus. No need to tamper with the purse strings.

At this point, it may be more appropriate to say; occupy-schmocupy. It’s the left doing things that are meaningful to other members of the left.

The Dupe Strategy
The real benefit of the whole occupy movement is actually in the perception. It is in the con. Speaking to a friend in Romania recently, they remarked how the American middle-class was rising up. They knew this because their media had told them so. The same in the Asian countries. The word there is that the occupy movement represents the consensus of the struggling American middle-class. That is not just a mistaken conclusion but the result of a well-honed strategy. Between these misinformed Eastern Europeans and misinformed Asians, the sense that the occupy movement was new and refreshing is believed by many uninformed Americans. It’s working here, so might as well try it in Europe.

As long as the facts are nowhere in sight, the occupy movement will have achieved one of its political goals. Just listen to interviews with so many of the occupiers; they don’t support everything Barack Obama is doing, but they plan to vote for him next time around. All members of the voting public who believe the occupy movement represents the 99% may give the Democrats more than 50% of what they need. A few oft repeated phrases and news stories work magic.

It will be hidden in all but a few history books that the Obama administration allowed it to happen. It wasn’t out of ignorance though. It was well conceived.

There will be not one true democracy in the Middle East in two years, only states that are governed by Sharia Law. The president fulfills another campaign promise…..only this one was made behind closed doors. The terrorists smell victory.

Mubarek maintained peaceful relations with Israel and the Coptic Christian minority in Egypt. Now, with him out of the way, the radicals are killing Christians and preparing to destroy Israel. The same thing is happening in Libya, where radical Islam and Sharia Law have taken control. Gahdaffi was only dead for hours when Sharia Law was declared the new ruling law.

Under a Fox News article about the move in Libya towards Sharia Law, a very astute commenter made this comment:

So, to reiterate, we just knocked over Qadaffi, who, while a horrible man, was also no Islamist and a deadly enemy of Al-Qaeda and their ilk, who had renounced terrorism and destroyed his WMDs under our supervision in 2003, and in his place we’ve put into power a bunch of Islamist extremists, many with actual ties to the aforementioned Al-Qaeda. This is going to work out great, I just know it.

On top of which, thousands of shoulder-launched heat-seeking Strela missiles, any one of which could take down a jetliner of innocent people, are now ‘missing’ and are likely finding their way into the hands of the absolutely last people in the world who we would want to have them.

Great job, Mr. President. Just one more year ’til the election…

It has happened in Tucson, Arizona, California and its happening in Texas. The social engineering continues as American public school students are programmed to pledge allegiance to Mexico. This is part and parcel of the agenda of many Hispanics to take over the southwestern U.S. and capture it for Mexico.

Groups like La Raza have been active in this pursuit and hundreds of teachers in Texas, Arizona and California are hard at work brainwashing young people. The growing numbers of children of illegal immigrants are an important part of this takeover. They pressure the American students and make them fear any deviation from the agenda.

This video is from a classroom in Texas, secretly recorded. The teacher requires the American public school class to recite the Mexican National Anthem and the Mexican Pledge of Allegiance. The students salute in a fashion reminiscent of Nazi Germany.

The sheer ignorance and stupidity of liberals has been on display in recent days after the terrible tragedy in Norway. Left-wing blogs and websites displayed screaming headlines declaring that the shooter in Norway was a “Christian” and “Conservative” and a “Right-Winger.” All of their information was erroneous and un-researched or substantiated and smacked of the misuse of facts that liberals are known for.

The irony is that the shooters fears may have been borne out of the realities of cultural changes in Europe, but his misguided resolution was beyond sad. He took the lives of children; lots of them.

The Reality versus the Wrong Reaction
Is Europe being taken over by Muslims and are those Muslims changing the laws and culture of the continent by force? Yes, this can be seen by the facts and the news reports over the past decade. Could this one Norwegian have found much different ways of enacting change and peaceful protest? Obviously, the path he took was the worst possible outlet for his anger.

In England, Sharia law has been allowed by the government and the courts to usurp English law. Across Europe, the Muslims have been allowed to take political power and change cultures to their strict doctrine and nobody is putting the brakes on. This “religion” that is completely intolerant of Christians and Jews, and others who might practice a different religion, is slowly taking over every vestige of European culture and molding the laws to their liking.

This explains what drove Anders Behring Breivik to the terrible deeds he committed, but it doesn’t justify any one of them. Is there frustration among the people who are alert to what is transpiring before their very eyes? Is much of Europe asleep at the wheel and letting this sad transformation occur? Unfortunately, they are and it is. The fact that innocent people were victims in the end is a horrific reminder that there must have been another way for this one man to enact change. In his mind, it would take this massacre to call the world’s attention to the plight of Europe and his country. This level of frustration should never have been allowed to exist, but the acts he perpetrated should not exist either in a world that cherishes human life.

The Shooter was a Christian
The mistake that the liberal blog owners, website owners and writers make when they publish their 20-point headlines that the shooter was a “Christian,” “Right-winger” or a “Conservative” are many. Obviously, a person who goes out and commits mass murder is not a Christian. The liberal blog writers assume that they can further their agenda of destroying Christianity throughout America and the world by broadcasting this assumption as fact. Christians oppose abortion because of their feelings that all life is sacred. Christians believe that every human life should be protected. Liberals support and advocate for abortion regardless of how many babies are murdered. It’s ironic that they draw no distinction between the two positions. How could this man be a Christian and what support is there for any claim that he was a practicing Christian in the days before he committed this atrocity? There is none.

When he refers to the Knights Templar in his manifesto, he is drawing an analogy between people in medieval times who needed to be protected from Muslims and the people of modern Europe. Because the people in medieval times happened to be Christians, the liberal blog writers in their narrow-minded world, see only the reference to Christians and by extension label this man a Christian. They also relish any reference to the Crusades since this is a favorite liberal talking point when they are summarizing the evils of Christians. Never mind the millions of people annually around the world who Christians save by building hospitals and health clinics, through irrigation projects, helping battered women or feeding starving children. We are supposed to forget about all the good because of something that happened in 1096 AD.

But, he was a Right Winger
There are few true extreme “right-wingers” in America and not many throughout the world. The Nazi’s are an example of true “right-wingers,” but even in America, the Nazi’s have been relegated to small groups with little power of any kind. Any public gathering of Nazi’s has to include police protection because the Nazi’s are in danger of being killed or attacked wherever they congregate. In contrast, true left-wingers, like the anarchists in America and Europe number in the tens of thousands. They are allowed to commit cyber terrorism, damage small businesses, turn over and burn police cars, burn Christian churches, plan marches and assemblies that result in millions in property crime and injury and the world only seems to care about the small number of “right-winger” extremists. To claim that the Norwegian shooters actions are characteristic of the actions of a typical “right-winger” are preposterous and idiotic. Liberals see themselves as the worlds intellectuals, but their gleeful reaction to this incident speaks otherwise.

If this man could be called a “conservative,” it would only be justified because he can’t be called a liberal. He see’s the problems in Europe resulting from Muslims and the liberals who empower them. Is the only label for someone who is not a liberal themselves to assume they are a conservative? He owned an organic farm at the time of committing his atrocities. Are there many conservatives who run organic farms? If some of his beliefs about food cross over into a favorite liberal pursuit, do we still have precedent to call him a pure conservative? Is a person, by virtue of their concerns about the Muslim impact on Europe automatically only a conservative? Most people in Norway and throughout the region, can be described best as liberals.

The Nobel Peace Prize generally recognizes famous liberals more than anything else. George W. Bush wanted to establish Democracies in the Middle East. Since Democracies don’t go to war with each other, his hope was to end the bloodshed in the region permanently. Why didn’t he receive the Nobel Peace prize? He isn’t a war monger, but instead had a strategy for ending war forever in a place that has known war for decades. He would never receive the award though and would never even be considered. Only liberals work for peace in the minds of the Nobel Peace Prize judges.
Barack Obama, Al Gore, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and Jimmy Carter are examples of winners from the past decade.

A familiar Manifesto
The latest reports compare the manifesto of the Norwegian shooter with that of Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber. Both men were apparently loners and not part of any organized right-wing or conservative organization. Neither man could be considered classically conservative or right-wing just because they spoke out against the cultural impact of multiculturalism or leftism. The facts can support either of those two arguments but nothing supports the madness in the way either man acted out their anger. In a 1999 interview, Kaczynski talked about his subscriptions to The New Yorker, Los Angeles Times and New York Review of Books. Not exactly the reading list of a conservative. He despises law enforcement and believes their “crooked,” as most liberals like to claim.

In the end, both men were referring to very real problems in the world, but both were prone to an irrationality that caused them to strike out at innocent people. We have seen leftist ideas decimate American culture in dozens of ways and we are seeing the Muslim takeover of Europe usher in an open path for terrorists. The average American who see’s the toll liberal ideology has had on our way of life feel powerless to stop it. Those in Europe who are wise to the smoke and mirrors of “multiculturism” are frustrated. Without a large, strong movement with millions of adherents, neither problem will be reversed. The Norwegian shooter, as with Kaczynski, chose violence to call attention to their manifesto. Both were right in their concerns, but wrong in their actions.

While the victory in the last elections seemed to be a vote for conservatives, the real victories that show up in new laws and legislation are all going liberal. Today, Indiana’s attempt to stop the funding of abortions was overturned and even worse………….New York is now the largest state to have approved gay marriage…………an oxymoron if ever there was one.

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/06/24/gay-marriage-headed-to-vote-on-ny-senate-floor/

The surest way to destroy a culture and country is to continuously pick away at its fiber. With the rulings against displaying the 10 Commandments and the whitewashing of any vestige of Christianity in the public square, the liberal organizations and their judicial activist cohorts are winning every battle as they tear away at the remaining fabric of American culture and greatness.

In New York, a coalition of Andrew Cuomo, Lady Gaga, Pink, state Democrats AND Republicans and Mayor Michael Bloomberg came together to support gay marriage and get it passed. When Republicans and former Republicans band together and give the liberals a victory, you know where the country is headed. There is no safety net except for real conservatives and Christians and the numbers of Christians is shrinking. Congregations of people with gray hair cannot overpower the brainwashed young voters who are growing in numbers. You can say that it is just the extreme coasts that are approving gay marriage, but then there is Iowa.

The state Senator who was the deciding vote in New York voted against it in 2009. To really get a sense of how brainwashing and social engineering have worked, you have only to hear his explanation of his pro vote; “I am doing the right thing in voting to support marriage equality.” Any understanding of the meaning and sanctity of marriage has now disappeared, because it has been overshowed by this idea that the whole issue is about “equality.” This is a victory for the gay coalitions and their many liberal supporters. They have been successful in changing the debate and the central tenets of the argument against gay marriage.

These people will face a terrible consequence eventually for turning their backs on God, but in the meantime, what becomes of America?

UPDATE: The truth lives on for yet another day. If you have been a loyal reader of Live, Breathe and Die, or have been a blogger linking to this blog, stay tuned.

After 5 years as a standalone domain and two or three years as a WordPress-based blog, Live, Breathe and Die will soon be retiring. On June 20th to be exact. The blog has always been well-researched and every post has been the result of checking and cross-checking reliable sources for non-biased reporting and information.

This post is the 249 article for Live Breathe and Die as a stand-alone blog. There were probably a hundred during the blog’s WordPress-hosted days. This blog was cast into controversy during the University of Oregon student newspaper fiasco and produced numerous articles leading up to the November 2008 presidential election. It has had tens of thousands of readers in the interim. The readership and the numbers of other conservative blogs linking to Live Breathe and Die have decreased significantly in the past year. Very few new posting have been added in that time.

The win by the current administration has taken the country in a decidedly difficult and painful direction. This blog warned voters prior to the elections in 2008 that the socialist agenda and the pay-offs to special interests would hurt the country. The billions spent in pay-offs to the organizations and individuals that swept this administration into office could have been better spent to create jobs and bolster the economy. Instead, the country was thrown into a deep recession that will be the precursor to a lengthy depression.

To the millions of unemployed workers who had jobs in 2007, I can only tell you that I tried to sound a warning. The lady in Grant Park on the night of the Obama victory celebration had it right………….for some people, everything will be paid for. She knew confidently what many voters never suspected. Those people only saw the word “change,” and assigned to it their own meaning.

“People who knew Loughner described him as a Pot-smoking loner.” One friend interviewed by local news said “he hung around with anti-social kids, always wore black and spent most of his time with kids with lots of piercings.”

Another local Democrat politician in Tucson, during an interview today, suggested that the shooter must be a Tea Party person. Now we know that the true shooter was the polar opposite of a Tea Party participant and indeed a lifestyle much more in line with an anarchist or progressive. Like most liberals, the Tucson politician, Lopez, jumped to erroneous, biased statements that were far off base and irresponsible.

Although they are the constant targets of a liberal press, those with the Tea Party movement have proven to be one of the most peaceful, respectful groups in the country, contradicting the false, malicious labels and accusations that are slung their way. Today’s tragic events exposed one more example of that erroneous stereotyping.

Keep the victims of today’s tragic events in your prayers and thoughts.
