Pothead Ploy
As California goes, so goes the nation. Ever hear this old adage? Trends move into the center of the country from the coasts as the common wisdom goes. This occasionally leads to problems, which is the case currently.
California passed a medical marijuana law as a pretext to legalizing the drug. The argument by California pro-dope advocates was that it would help alleviate the side-effects of chemo-therapy or the pain of many diseases that could not be managed otherwise. Studies show that about 2% of the prescriptions filled for ‘medical marijuana’ in California are for people who are actually ill.
The Massive Campaign to Make Dope Legal
The push for legalizing dope by those who are users can be clearly seen on the Internet with “medical marijuana” producing more than 2 million results on Google. The propaganda campaign is enormous. It’s like an obese person with a food addiction being given the keys to McDonald’s for an overnight binge. It may be the worst thing they can do, but they see themselves right where they want to be.
The whole medical marijuana issue is a thinly-veiled ploy by dopers to legalize dope all over the country. A gullible public combined with the progressives and liberals who already smoke pot weekly, have been pushing this agenda and providing no end to the propaganda.
Medical Marijuana Today, Legal Pot Tomorrow
Make no mistake; this is just a path towards legal dope. If you look at the people pushing this issue at protests, gatherings and on the nightly news, they are doped out potheads, with very few people who are actually chronically sick. This may be one of the biggest scams perpetuated on the United States.
The arguments are always the same and are as predictable as green leaves in early spring. According to the advocates for a marijuana utopia in the U.S., dope is far less harmful than alcohol, which is legal. It is far more preferable to legalize pot instead of living with a black market and the associated crime. Why lock up people for dope sales or usage when it over-crowds our over-burdened jail and prison system?
These arguments are mostly nonsense. First, the whole premise of the ‘medical marijuana’ campaign is a sham. If the American Medical Association came out and announced that they support pot as a medical alternative for pain management and chemo-therapy side-effect management, it would add legitimacy to the cause. Of course, they don’t.
Gatherings of Potheads
If large numbers of sick people were at pro-medical marijuana rallies, it may add some level of credence to the cause, but most of the attendees are always hold-overs from the sixties — guys with ponytails, often looking buzzed and woman who don’t shave their underarms. This is the reality of ‘medical marijuana.’
It is a clear path to legalizing a drug that alters the nervous system and perception of reality. It makes driving dangerous for this reason and makes a person less likely to have clear judgment and any degree of common sense.
What’s really hidden from the public is that marijuana is even worse than cigarettes in terms of carcinogens and poisons. While some of it’s proponents claim to be natural living, health-food advocates, they inhale pot smoke, which damages their lungs and other organs. We have warnings from the Surgeon General on cigarette packs and on cigar wrappers, but the biggest warning would need to be reserved for dope and the cocktail of cell-altering chemicals it contains.
A Culture of Deception
From the left, we can expect to get propaganda and deceit. While they accuse Republicans of voter fraud, they quietly commit nearly all the legitimate voter fraud in this country. While they lecture us about intolerance, they proceed to spew out their hatred of Christian people. The hypocrisy is palatable.
Pain management doctors and oncologists tell us that there are very effective treatments that make dope smoking a needless endeavor. We know that the capsule version of dope can be used effectively by cancer patients. This doesn’t bode well with the medical marijuana advocates who want to get high. Doctors who specialize in pain management clearly state that we have effective, legal drugs that help people better than dope.
Now, we see the medical marijuana issue put to the voters in two more states, following the lead of 13 others and the District of Columbia. A liberal Who’s Who in most cases.
Make no mistake, the steady legalization of dope under the guise of medical marijuana will increase drug addiction by a hundred-fold. There is no good scenario in our future when we allow a sub-culture, hooked on a drug, to dictate to the country their version of public policy. We are being duped in the worst way to believe there is any true altruistic basis for their nationwide push. There is only one purpose for the hundreds of organizations and thousands of websites devoted to medical marijuana and it has little to do with very sick people.
A Scam with Consequences
We might as well turn every food addict loose in the local McDonald’s every night and then order another million over-sized coffins. The country is being duped about dope. At one time, the federal government closed down the big dope farms and illegal dispensaries in California. That was up until the Obama administration. Their close ties to the progressive, pro-dope culture and movement put a quick end to anymore federal enforcement.
Two More States will Kowtow to the Lie
South Dakota and Arizona vote on a ‘medical marijuana’ bill on November 2nd. Judging by polling data, the public has been sufficiently duped on this issue. A steady stream of misinformation and propaganda has been dispensed in both states for months leading up to the vote. Most of what voters know if hype with few facts to counter the dangers of this issue. A Gallup poll last year found that 44% of respondents favored making pot legal.
The liberal state of California has made nothing but bad decisions. It’s economy is wrecked and its population has some of the highest rates of aids, herpes, hepatitis B and chlamydia in the nation. The state’s welfare rolls and food stamp programs are riddled with corruption. Crime in many of California’s big cities tops the nations crime statistics, yet we are supposed to use California as a model for the rest of the nation?
California; from Bad to Worse
When California passes their Proposition 19 on November 2nd and make dope legal, the problems this state has already have just begun. This was the goal of the dopers who convinced the citizenry to pass the medical marijuana scam in 1996. You can be sure that they plan to accelerate their plan in other states over a much shorter time span.
The demise of America is on a clear path. When our common sense is thrown out the window in favor of the whims of certain subcultures and their addictions or obsessions, we are doomed as a country. Without a voice of reason to prevail, we will allow someone else to cock the trigger of the gun that rests against our collective head.
