Cash payola on the backs of taxpayers

Obama’s stimulus bill-greasing some palms

The stimulus bill does a lot of stimulating, but little of it will stimulate the economy and help the average American. It is designed to provide a lot of cash to those in Hollywood. Big payback bucks from the Democratic party and President Obama. It pays back the union bosses for their big cash contributions to the Obama campaign and the Democratic Party. At its core, its simply a payoff to Obama and Democratic Party financiers.

Does the new administration really care about mainstream Americans?

And appointing three tax cheats to important posts in the new administration, one being the head of the IRS. And hiring a bevy of former lobbyists. Is this all change we can believe in or simply the worst administration in American history?

The IRS is tasked with collecting taxes to fund the projects that Washington authorizes and if any American decided to skip paying their taxes, they would land behind bars.

But President Obama’s choice for Secretary of the Treasury, and new head of the IRS, skipped out on paying his taxes for four years.

Apparently taxpayer money is up for grabs since the new administration believes that paying back supporters with that same taxpayer money is completely acceptable.

Are we all idiots?

And you had reservations about the last administration?

We just came through eight years of constant, unyielding criticism of President Bush and his administration, but there was never the same level of corruption and smugness that is found in the White House today.

So where are we at? How are we better off? 58,343,671 American voters realized that Barack Obama was the WRONG choice. The evidence in the first weeks of his administration would support their worst fears.

My mortgage and gas are paid for

Obama has a record amount of spending on food stamps in his ‘stimulus’ package. When the lady in Grant Park, on the night of Obama’s acceptance speech said that she was about to get everything she needs paid for, she knew what Obama had promised. The welfare state is returning in multiples.

Obama is not just showing his inexperience as a chief executive, but his lack of judgement, which is what many on the right tried to point out a year ago regarding his radical associates.

Many of his supporters are crying foul at any criticism and claiming that we need to give him a first hundred days before judging his performance. Oh really? What kind of condition will our country be in at that point in the future?

Here we are in February of 2009 at the brink of enlarged government, steps away from socialized banking and healthcare, kowtowing to our nations worst enemies, showing little real fortitude in the executive branch as other countries look on and hiring lobbyists when that practice was supposed to stop.

And what of our recession?

Are those of you who voted for this guy listening? Are you happy that he has put forth a ‘stimulus package’ that is full of pork and payback and has little in it to actually create jobs, enhance economic growth or address the core problems that are causing job losses and thwarting lending. And this massive spending bill will burden the next couple of generations of Americans with a deficit that is out of this world.

So when you get right down to it, a lot of people thought it would be real cool to have our first African American president. The guy reads a TelePrompTer really well and sounds good on stage, but he is proving to be much less glib when confronted by a reporter with genuine questions.

He is showing that is a lawyer who has never ‘run’ anything, who does not have executive experience and who underestimates the publics dislike for tax cheats.

And what about all of the ‘executive orders?’ Most of them are not sitting well with the people who did not vote for him, but some are proving not to be popular with those who did. Recent polling shows that his order to spend U.S. taxpayer funds on promoting abortions in other countries is not going over well.

Those executive orders are nothing more than strongarm tactics

A recent Gallup poll also indicated widespread dissatisfaction with Obama’s order to close the federal prison at Guantanamo Bay. Fifty-eight percent of Americans polled said they disagreed with funding abortions overseas. Fifty percent of Americans polled also oppose Obama’s decision to close Guantanamo Bay, which holds the masterminds of 9/11 and numerous other terrorists who have killed Americans.

Regarding the Daschle fiasco, Obama said that he is going to make sure that “we’re not screwing up again.” Don’t count on it.
