Live Breathe and Die

On October 30th, Philip Berg, former deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania and lifelong Democrat presented a PETITION FOR A WRIT OF CERTIORARI� to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.� This is an urgent request to intervene in the current presidential election because one of the candidates is NOT a natural-born U.S. citizen.�

By reading Mr. Berg’s PETITION FOR A WRIT OF CERTIORARI, you will learn much about what the media is ignoring.� The goal is an uninformed electorate. Obama supporters who read the document carefully will understand that this case has merit. They will also learn that they have been hoodwinked into voting for a candidate who is not qualified to run for president.

The Supreme Court is hesitant to get involved in a presidential election. There is no precedent for the current controversy because no presidential candidate in U.S. history has gone unvetted and emerged as their party’s nominee without proving citizenship.

One comes away�from reading the court document presented in the case of Berg v. Obama understanding that there is an enormous amount of evidence supporting the validity of this case.� The evidence that Obama is a citizen of Indonesia is particularly compelling. There is also compelling evidence that he was NOT born in Hawaii.

The document refers to Sen. Obama as ‘Obama.’� The reason for this is that Sen. Obama has gone by four or five different names in past years.�

There have been two legal documents submitted in recent days relating to this case.� The aforementioned document and an APPLICATION FOR STAY OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION was presented to Supreme Court Justice David H. Souter.

There is an interview with Sarah Obama, Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother, who lives in Kogello, Kenya.� She states clearly and adamantly in the interview that she was present at Obama’s birth in Mombosa, Kenya on August 4, 1961. Interviews with hospital staff also confirm that this is true.� An interview with the Principal Registrar of records in Mombosa confirmed that they have a birth record for Obama, but that it is ‘classified’ information, even referring to it as ‘top secret.’

If Obama supporters want to continue to voice their ‘opinion’ that Obama was born in Hawaii based on a ‘record of live birth’ document displayed on the Obama website ‘fightthesmears’ as their sole evidence of his qualification for the presidency, they have a flimsy case in light of the greater preponderance of evidence.
